On September 22, 2011 PRG submitted Disclosure Petition I http://www.paradigmresearchgroup.org/disclosure_petition.htm to the White House "We the People https://wwws.whitehouse.gov/petitions" project. On November 4, 2011 the White House responded. That response https://wwws.whitehouse.gov/petitions#!/response/searching-et-no-evidence-yet included the following statement: "The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye." This assertion is notable for two reasons: 1) it is completely false and 2) it is indefensible.
I found this great article that presents a cohesive overview of the UFO situation, which Carl Jung outlined in his book in 1952: Flying Saucers. It seems that there is an ongoing debate that: either UFOs are real crafts from another world, with aliens inside them or that these objecs are from a parrelel dimension to our own and there presence somehow involves an effect on human consciousness. Book review of Patrick Huyghe's classic by: Jeffery Pritchett
Patrick Huyghe's classic book Swamp Gas Times: My two decades on the UFO beat is a fascinating journey through Ufology. I enjoyed the book tremendously and its upbeat non biased approached to those who make up the field and the cases that dance around it. Its no non sense and logical approach was very appealing to me and a brightening breath of fresh air compared to the other drivel i've come across in my journey of over 15 years of reading UFO books and researching. I would highly recommend it to anyone's library to gain more information about a fastly evolving state of affairs called Ufology.
Disclosure Petition II - Rockefeller Initiative" is now active on the White House websiteWashington, DC - On September 22, 2011 Paradigm Research Group (PRG) submitted a petition to the White House sponsored initiative "We the People." Thousands of petitions have been submitted to We the People and approximately 300 of those accumulated the minimum 150 signatures required to be published to the White House website. A few dozen of the published petitions accumulated the 5000 (eventually raised to 25,000) signatures necessary for a formal response from the Obama Administration.

One of those receiving a formal response was the Disclosure Petition submitted by PRG. This petition acquired 12,078 signatures, and the White House response on November 4, 2011 generated hundreds of print and television news pieces around the world in many languages. "The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye."
"The fact is we have no credible evidence of extraterrestrial presence here on Earth."
These statements from the Office of Science and Technology Policy are false and indefensible. To reinforce this assertion PRG today submitted "Disclosure Petition II - the Rockefeller Initiative" to We the People. It reads as follows:
"We petition the Obama Administration to demand a full congressional investigation of UFO/ET Disclosure efforts by the Clinton OSTP - the Rockefeller Initiative."
In response to the Disclosure Petition, the OSTP stated, "The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race."
If true, what was the OSTP investigating from March 1993 to October 1996 in concert with billionaire and Clinton friend, Laurance Rockefeller?
Those who knew of and have not spoken publicly of this initiative include: Bill Clinton, Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, Obama transition co-chair John Podesta, Sec. of Defense Leon Panetta, Dr. John Gibbons, Albert Gore and Governor Bill Richardson.

Should this petition acquire 25,000 signatures by December 31, 2011, a response from the Administration is expected by mid-January 2012. When Disclosure Petition II has run its course, there will be a third and a fourth and so on. Given that the evidence the White House now asserts does not exist is both massive and readily available, considerable pressure will be brought to bear on the Administration's formal policy statement.

On October 22, I attended a conference presented by FIONS and New Realities which took place at the Community Church of New York on East 35th Street. The featured speakers, in order of presentation, were Linda Moulton Howe, Whitley Strieber and Richard Dolan. The Master of Ceremonies was Alan Steinfeld of New Realities. FIONS stands for Friends of the Institute of Noetic Sciences which is a non-profit organization associated with IONS, founded by Apollo 14 Astronaut Edgar Mitchell and dedicated to the integration of science and consciousness.
In 1999, Molly Cheshire, Paula Gloria and I went on a global tour of the what was still being called the new age. NewRealities was birthed out of this worldwind.
