I would just like to share something which happened to me yesterday.
I was at home sitting at my dining room table chatting to a friend of mine.
Whilst we were talking I was looking at his face and began to notice what
appeared to be his face morphing or changing every half a second or so.
At first it was hard to concentrate as my focus became less on the
conversation and more on what I was observing. They were very subtle
changes happening quite quickly. A larger forehead, narrower face, more
hair, changing eyes, different shape mouth, all variations of his actual
face. But then again what does his actual face look like. :-)
This experience went on for about 1/2 hr all up, and was both
disconcerting and interesting at the same time.

Scientists would probably say it is a function of eye/brain.
You can do it with your own face in a mirror - in the East it is called
Tratak.
Stare long enough and you may find that the image of your face disappears
completely.
I expect there is lots of info on Google/Bling.
In any case, not to be taken seriously...
